Fresenius Medical Care Rochdale Renal Dialysis Unit is seeking an experienced NMC Registered Renal Trained Nurse to lead the clinic as Clinic Manager. The role emphasises patient-centred care, staff recruitment and development, and driving quality across clinical and administrative processes.

Working at our Rochdale unit, you will oversee a 14-station dialysis service (56 patients) with shifts from 07:00 to 18:30, 37.5 hours weekly, and a focus on compliant, efficient hospital-type operations.

• Post-registration experience with haemodialysis is essential.
• Strong administrative, organisational and clinical skills.
• Experience managing others and counselling patients.
