Job summary

Oakmead Chislehurst is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a thriving dental practice in Chislehurst, Kent. Clinic Manager | Oakmead Chislehurst | Chislehurst, Kent Lead a thriving dental practice where a fantastic team, exceptional patient care and exciting opportunities for growth come together. At Oakmead Chislehurst, you'll lead a successful dental practice with a well-established team, a strong private patient base and the opportunity to build on the fantastic foundations already in place. A practice that's genuinely different Oakmead Chislehurst is a five-surgery practice with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a team that's built something special. With 11 clinicians, three hygienists and a dedicated support team, the practice has developed a strong clinical offering, including a growing specialist base. The team is fully recruited, works exceptionally well together and takes pride in providing a positive experience for patients. The practice is also performing strongly, running ahead of budget and continuing to grow its private revenue. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a successful practice with strong foundations, an established team and plenty of potential to develop further. The opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and continued success of the practice. You'll build on the excellent work already achieved, supporting your team, maintaining strong operational and financial performance and identifying opportunities to grow the business further. Local marketing, community events and relationships with schools are already an important part of the practice, and you'll have the opportunity to continue developing these initiatives. You'll also support existing community projects, helping Oakmead maintain its connection with the local area. Alongside this, you'll oversee cost control, support the team to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure the practice continues to operate effectively. You'll be joining an established team, so the focus is on getting to know the people, understanding what works well and building on the success already achieved. You'll also have support from the wider Envisage Dental team, with a dedicated handover, introductions to our hub teams and the opportunity to shadow another clinic if helpful.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced dental practice manager who understands what it takes to lead a successful clinic, support a strong team and maintain excellent operational performance. You'll be a confident, established leader who enjoys developing people, building positive relationships and creating an environment where colleagues can do their best work. You'll understand the importance of balancing commercial performance with exceptional patient care, keeping costs under control and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. Just as importantly, you'll recognise the value of an established team. As this role carries responsibility as the CQC registered manager, you'll also need to be comfortable with the associated regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
