Job description
Clinic Administrator

The closing date is 28 December 2025

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Clinic Administrators.

You must have the ability to work well under pressure, be organized and have excellent customer service skills. Tasks will require attention to detail, a patient focus and a drive for quality. Good communication skills are essential and you must be able to liaise with staff at all levels in a confident manner.

You must be willing to learn and be able to work both independently and within a team. You must uphold our values of Together - Safe, Kind, Excellent at all times.

Main duties of the job

This role is to provide an administrative service to the Pre-assessment Clinic. This will include tasks such as greeting patients and visitors and handling telephone and email enquiries, including responding to requests for information, appointments and general enquiries. You will work with the Nursing team to support the effective running of the Clinic. You will have interaction with other areas of the hospital and other NHS organisations.

You will support the Pre-assessment Coordinator with coordination of appointments for the various clinics within the department.

Occasional Saturday working will be required.
