Job summary

Places for People Group seeks a friendly, safety‑minded staff member to create a fun, secure climbing experience for customers. You will lead safety briefings, monitor the area, and ensure participants understand safety rules before sessions begin.

Experience with children is preferred, and a climbing wall qualification is desirable but not essential. You will be supported to develop in a collaborative, customer‑facing role with flexible working options and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills are imperative.
• Experience in safeguarding policies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a thorough safety briefing before all sessions.
• Ensure the climbing environment is safe and entertaining.
• Engage leisure users and deliver a fun, supervised experience.
