Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Client Travel team in London and reach / overachieve our targets for new and existing business. Your daily routine will include looking for prospects that will fit our target accounts and mastering your outreach strategies to sky rocket conversion rate (you will be equipped with a sales engagement platform). As we drive growth at an incredible pace, we hire driven talents who enjoy freedom in choosing how to redefine success and pushing our boundaries.

Responsibilities
  • Steer new customer acquisition and engagement across Europe, from prospecting to acquisition, using a value-based solution oriented approach.
  • Field‑based: meet clients face to face, explain the solution, and run the onboarding process to ensure technology adoption.
  • Be involved in product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients: conduct relationship meetings, seek cross‑ and upsell opportunities, and monitor booking behavior.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of reaching / overachieving sales targets (knowledge of the hospitality industry desirable but not a must).
  • Love being on the move.
  • Understand how your activities impact your sales quota.
  • Make data‑driven decisions.
  • Enjoy speaking and meeting new people and know how to engage with them.
  • Relish getting to know your customers and collaborating with internal teams to improve our products.
