Key Experience & Skills
  • Background in financial services or an IFA environment (preferred).
  • Strong client administration and customer service skills.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  • Confident problem solver with the ability to handle non-standard situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build trusted relationships.
  • Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.
Role Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients via phone, email and letter.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation and investment details within IO.
  • Record all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support the preparation of client reports, reviews and documentation.
  • Liaise with providers to manage transfers, applications and ongoing administration.
  • Ensure fees and commissions are accurately set up and maintained.
  • Uphold AML/KYC, GDPR and other compliance requirements.
  • Provide general office support and occasional cover for reception or other admin roles.
Additional Requirements
  • Complete mandatory financial services training.
  • Adhere to company policies and data security standards.
