Client Success Manager (Remote with significant travel)

Connectivity within Leisure & Tourism

Remote (North-East ideally) - 1-3 days travelling on average (flexibility required)

Motive Group are pleased to be partnered with a fast-growing telecoms provider that’s redefining connectivity in the UK’s holiday park and staycation space. With internet connectivity being non-negotiable for a lot of visitors, the business ensures faster, more reliable access to those who wish to work, stream or scroll during their visit.

This role has a commercial focus, but driven by strong customer service and relationship building. If you’re an outgoing individual who thrives on face-to-face interaction, this is a great role for you.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for all commercial relationships with the brand, working in partnership with the BD Manager and the Commercial Lead, you’ll keep service levels high to ensure renewal, whilst constantly looking for ways to upsell to the client.

What You’ll Bring

All the energy and personality to engage with clients from all walks of life along with a commercial background of some kind. You don’t have to be a tech whizz, but you’ll need to understand the offering and be able to translate it into digestible information for their clients.

3, 6, 9-months in?

Within 3-months you’ll have a solid understanding of the offering and have met all key internal members of the team and of course a number of your clients.

Within 6-months, you’ll have met nearly all of your clients, learnt their painpoints and have a structure plan of the next quarters visits.

Within 9-months, you’ll have full control, you’ll be the lead person within the commercial relationships and already seen some wins in terms of upsell.
