A fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and an inspiring brand. The 'Client Success Manager: Programmes and Events' role will suit a can‑do, organised individual who is keen to help scale an events offer, build management skills, and be given real responsibility across a range of projects.
You'll have high levels of client exposure - working with global brands and clients at all levels of seniority. You'll manage a range of projects spanning thought‑leading content production, digital events, face‑to‑face events and workshop‑style events. You will manage internal and external resources to keep our projects running to time, budget and to deliver the best possible outcomes for all.
You'll work closely with our Consultants and media team, and will be part of a collaborative, supportive and scaling team with a focus on excellence in all that we do. You will have a passion for delivering phenomenal work that keeps clients coming back for more.
Thanks to the convening power of the WIRED brand, face‑to‑face events, digital events and client workshops are a growing part of our offer. Whilst this role will also span thought‑leadership production, it will align most closely with our B2B events offer. As such, the successful candidate will bring experience of delivering events.
