We are looking for a Client Success Manager who’s passionate about helping people and businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the onboarding and success journey for a diverse client base across the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
  • Build strong, genuine relationships — becoming your clients’ go-to partner and biggest cheerleader.
  • Turn insights and data into meaningful recommendations that help clients grow.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they ask.
  • Partner with product, sales, and support to represent client feedback and shape future improvements.
  • Measure success using key metrics (usage, onboarding time to value, NPS, renewals).
  • Celebrate client wins — because success deserves recognition.
What You’ll Bring
