Client Success Manager – Food Service Vertical

Location: London / Karachi

We’re looking for a passionate Client Success Manager with deep food service industry expertise to lead key client relationships and drive growth for iconic global brands. You’ll manage end-to-end success across Food service accounts, delivering AI-powered marketing solutions that combine technology, creativity, and commercial impact.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Manage 3–5 key client accounts as a trusted strategic growth partner
  • Build strong relationships with senior marketing leaders to drive measurable results
  • Lead account planning, performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling CTT’s AI solutions
  • Serve as the voice of the client, influencing internal strategy and priorities
  • Oversee campaign delivery from briefing to post-analysis
  • Collaborate across creative, tech, and commercial teams for seamless execution
  • Stay ahead of food service trends to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions
