We’re looking for a new Shopper Insights Client Lead to join us on a permanent basis to join our Waitrose commercial team.

Joining our commercial team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You’ll work within a fast-paced client leadership team, collaborating with solutions managers and media managers all keen to learn and grow together.

Responsibilities and requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • FMCG or CPG experience is a requirement
  • Translate data into insight with clear, actionable recommendations for growth and data visualisation.
  • Able to communicate impactfully with clients
  • Building great relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions
  • Great collaboration with colleagues
