Job summary

The Pollard Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team. Based at a site in Buckingham, Exeter or Plymouth, you’ll manage client accounts and ensure their requirements are understood, delivered on time, and to a high standard.

You will act as the main contact for your clients, coordinating across design, print, wide format, mailing, merchandise and workwear services to foster strong relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or customer service experience.
• Experience in print, creative, merchandise or similar industries.
• Understanding end-to-end process across design, print, wide format, merchandise and workwear.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Organised, detail-driven and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and experience with MIS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage projects from enquiry through to delivery across creative, print, wide format, mailing, merchandise and workwear.
• Collaborate with production, sales and creative teams to ensure accurate briefs and smooth delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Handle queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and job progress in MIS system.
