As a Client Solutions Manager you will manage Meta's FMCG and FMCG Disruptor advertisers. This key member of our consultative sales team is responsible for driving technical solutions, performance optimizations, product adoption, education sessions, and innovation at scale, with expertise in performance marketing to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead growth strategies that drive long‑term impact for partners. You will work closely with our most strategic clients to ensure they are successful with Meta's platforms. This role will act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action.
Required Skills
- Reach and exceed sales quota and product adoption goals, while contributing to overall vertical and team goals
- Develop long‑term client and agency relationships, drive revenue by consulting and optimizing complex opportunities
- Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
- Operational rigor in management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of client performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Create and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Leverage data, AI and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers, including: Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize ad targeting, bidding, and creative strategies, identifying areas of opportunity for clients to improve their marketing efforts, and developing and presenting data‑driven insights to inform client decision‑making
- Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to deliver against tight deadlines
- Educate advertisers on Meta's advertising solutions and best practices
- Travel as needed
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product and/or performance marketing across e‑commerce, FMCG disruptor and digital‑native industries
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills, as well as persistence, and the skills to arrive at solutions in a structured manner and experience communicating this clearly and effectively
- Experience in analyzing large datasets, leveraging AI tools and delivering actionable insights
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or digital native companies
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Demonstrated skills to develop and manage cross‑functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
- Proven experience of finding solutions to complex issues, embracing ambiguity and driving impact, with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience to thrive in a team‑focused environment with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
- Understanding Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem
- Proficiency in English
