TECHNIA is seeking for a Client Solutions Executive to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis based in Milton Keynes, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The Client Solutions Executive role:

We re looking for a Client Solutions Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and business growth. In this role, you ll act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business success through meaningful partnerships.

What You ll Do:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and develop House Accounts, identifying opportunities to expand engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities our Client Solutions Executive will undertake:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop sales opportunities within the assigned accounts by researching and identifying potential growth areas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with prospective contacts using all communication channels, including warm and cold telephone contact, to explore needs and how our offerings may add value resulting in new business
  • Understand client goals and develop strategies to meet their business needs.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and support retention strategies.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all information is correctly captured in CRM.
Experience, skills, and knowledge we are looking for in our Client Solutions Executive
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • Industry or product knowledge (e.g., SaaS, engineering services) a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Active listening and conflict resolution with empathy and high emotional intelligence
  • Client relationship building with strong rapport
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to multitask
  • Experience in contract negotiations and meticulous document/proposal creation
