Addepar in Edinburgh is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Services Team on an 18-month program. You will design and implement Addepar for new clients and develop deep platform expertise while partnering with Go-To-Market and R&D teams for broad exposure.

The role starts on Client Support, gaining product knowledge and tackling data challenges while collaborating with Product, Sales and Account Management. Future rotations expand into design, delivery and client success.

Formación

• BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Business Administration.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Independent, adaptable and capable of fast-paced work.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience programming in Python is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee onboarding for new clients to Addepar platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Partnership teams to ensure client success.
• Provide hands-on support and resolve client data issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver practical client solutions.
• Communicate project status clearly to clients and internal leadership.
