Client-Side Operations Manager Super Prime London - £60-70k + Benefits

We’re working with a prestigious, multi-generational family-owned Property Investment and Management company whose extensive, multi-£billion super prime London portfolio spans Residential, Commercial, Retail and Leisure.

Within their Property Management team, they are now looking to hire an operations manager for oversight of a prestigious retail portfolio as follows :

  • Working mostly office based, in Chelsea, Mon‑Fri 9am to 5.30pm with some home / site-based working once settled
  • The portfolio comprises shops, restaurants and leisure premises, all based in Chelsea
  • You will have strong Property Management, FM, H&S, and staff management experience with a keen eye for standards, processes and driving improvements across services
  • Responsible for the management of key operational departments including Security, Cleaning, Waste Management and Landscaping, working closely with the Estate Manager to ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained throughout.
