Job summary

Pureprint Group in Uckfield, East Sussex is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the friendly, organised hub ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience from enquiry to delivery.

You’ll manage print, packaging and marketing projects, coordinate with sales, production and suppliers, and advise on materials and production options while using MS Office and industry tools. A proactive attitude and comfort with technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Have some experience within print, packaging, marketing services, or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Enjoy building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people.
• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Can manage multiple projects and priorities without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted day-to-day contact.
• Managing a variety of print and marketing projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
• Working closely with sales, production, suppliers, and partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Coordinating multiple jobs and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Advising clients on materials, finishes, production options, and innovative solutions.
• Using technology platforms to manage workflows, quotations, and project information.
• Providing proactive updates and keeping communication clear, helpful, and responsive.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and add value wherever possible.

• Have experience with Microsoft Office and business software, but even better if you know Creative Suite, Acrobat Professional or Tharstern which would be a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know).
