A leading provider of Financial Services is seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role focuses on supporting public sector clients by coordinating the delivery of financial education seminars and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers to help deliver client seminar targets.
  • Schedule and allocate Financial Coach resources effectively.
  • Liaise with clients to gather seminar details and logistical information.
  • Respond to delegate enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and distribute seminar materials and joining instructions.
  • Maintain accurate data and records within CRM and internal systems.
  • Monitor feedback and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold the organisation’s values and customer-first approach.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working in a target-driven or sales-support environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services or workplace financial education (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
