Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE

Key responsibilities

• Be the main contact for a group of Medica clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, issues, and service reviews, and lead improvement plans.
• Support new client setups and changes, including project management and training.
• Work with internal teams to share client feedback and improve services.
• Identify and support opportunities to grow existing services and introduce new ones.
• Create useful guides and training materials for clients and colleagues.
• Share knowledge and best practices with your team to support ongoing learning.

Requirements

• Experience managing operational workstreams, of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach.
• Ability to influence change to achieve project goals.
• Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience working in or with IT stakeholders and systems
