Salary: 30000 to 40000 per annum DOE

Location: Hybrid 3 days / week in Hastings HQ

Contract: Fixed-term 13 months Full-time (37.5 hrs / week)

In this dynamic role you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships driving service excellence and supporting the growth of our healthcare solutions. As the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients you’ll manage everything from onboarding and training to resolving issues and identifying new opportunities. Key responsibilities
  • Be the main contact for a group of Medica clients ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Handle client queries, issues and service reviews and lead improvement plans.
  • Support new client setups and changes including project management and training.
  • Work with internal teams to share client feedback and improve services.
  • Identify and support opportunities to grow existing services and introduce new ones.
  • Create useful guides and training materials for clients and colleagues.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with your team to support ongoing learning.

Requirements
  • Experience managing operational workstreams of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach.
  • Ability to influence change to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in or with IT stakeholders and systems.
