Are you an experienced team manager, someone who is customer centric with an operational head?

We are looking for a Client Services Manager who can step in, take ownership, and elevate how this business delivers for its clients. This isn’t just about keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, it’s about leading, shaping, and improving the way the business operates.

With a turnover of GBP10M and a team of 45, this company specialises in mailing, data management, and creative solutions. You’ll oversee a talented team of 8—9 people, spanning Client Services, Project Management, Creative, and Account Management. Your role is to be the strategic link between clients and the business, ensuring it delivers exceptional service while continuously improving processes and performance.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the escalation point and main strategic contact for clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and exceptional.
  • Monitoring KPIs, operational performance, and key metrics, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Participating in senior leadership meetings, influencing strategy and decision‑making.
  • Owning the operational rhythm of the client services function: prioritising work, optimising processes, and ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Driving innovation and new ways of working, from workflow improvements to creative service delivery.
  • Collaborating across teams—data, print, and creative—to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
