We're Hiring: Head of Client Services

Manchester (Hybrid : 3 office / 2 WFH)

A fast-growing creator-led content agency and SaaS platform is looking for a Head of Client Services to lead client relationships, elevate delivery, and play a key role in building one of the most exciting creator‑economy businesses in the UK.

If you're passionate about creators, social‑first content and leading high‑performing teams, this role sits at the centre of it.

What You'll Bring
  • 3‑5+ years in Client Services, Account Management or Creative Strategy (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UGC, social‑first content, the creator economy and creative strategy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships confidently
  • Experience mentoring or leading a small team (currently 2 AEs)
  • Excellent communication skills across clients, creators and internal teams
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities
