At eXPD8, we're growing our Client Services teams and we're on the hunt for a Client Services Manager to head up one of our Client Services teams. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind client success - delivering exceptional service, growing accounts, and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve amazing results.

This is a hybrid role, so you'll be partially based in our Bristol Head Office for 2 days a week and at home for 3 days a week.

How you'll deliver excellence
Manage Client Relationships
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Understand client goals and challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities within contracts.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly attend client head office meetings.
Collaborate & Manage Stakeholders
  • Oversee client onboarding for smooth transitions.
  • Create structured plans for activities and delegate effectively.
  • Define and maintain processes to meet SLAs.
  • Drive product/service improvements and upsell where possible.
Handle Administration & Budgets
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance checks.
  • Manage and grow client budgets, tracking performance and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee financial processes including POs and invoicing.
Reporting & Performance
  • Produce and review reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and take corrective action when needed.
Lead Your Team
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a client-focused team.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
