Join a well-established, independent Chartered financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their life goals. We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with clients and other parties, resolving any queries through effective communication.
- Work with providers to gather and record accurate policy information.
- Contact clients and schedule client review meetings within designated time frames.
- Prepare paperwork for client meetings and produce post-meeting reports.
- Manage internal and external post.
- Ensure back-office data is accurate and up to date, and all client service reminders are in place and adhered to.
- Ensure adherence to Conduct Risk standards, FCA rules, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Support and process the administration of new and existing business.
- Report any breaches or complaints to the Practice Manager.
- Coordinate mailshots as and when required.
- Maintain management of confidential waste.
- Make tea and coffee for client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within an IFA Administration role.
- Excellent communication skills, both listening and speaking, to clients in a compassionate and personable way.
- High-quality written skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to prioritise and plan own workload with a well-organised to-do list.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Xplan (our back-office system) is desirable but not essential.
