Client Services Executive – 12‑Month Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to help us ensure every client gets the most value from our service. As a provider of administrative support to the New Client Activation team you’ll be part of an integral department that works to maintain our high standards of customer service.

This role suits a career-minded, focused and enthusiastic person with administrative experience. Self‑motivated, helpful, an exceptional listener with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will receive full training support, development and will benefit from exciting opportunities for progression within the business.

Strategic Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Gather client account information from Business Development Managers working collaboratively to ensure all information is present and correct
  • Ensure each new client passes the relevant credit checks
  • Accurately input client account information into the internal CRM database
  • Assist the Implementation Managers with scheduling client discovery calls
  • Assist the Implementation Managers with transcribing confirmation of appointments and additional CRM tasks
