Job Overview

World Wide Technology, LLC. has an opportunity available for a Client Service Executive to support our Public Sector SLED Team. This position will be focused on WWT's Services business by leading the overall strategy and pursuit of services within the assigned territory. This will include building client and partner relationships, identifying and creating business opportunities across WWT's services lines of business, creating, and driving the overall services strategy, and closing business to exceed sales targets. Increase services profitability and revenue in assigned accounts and regions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the services strategy for the specific territory that drives overall growth utilizing our WWT strategic services plays, services capabilities and offerings, and our past performance/success.
  • Support sales teams with relevant and current WWT services knowledge to aid in pursuit decisions. Review opportunities to confirm that qualification standards have been met. Offer advice to the client team around related experience with similar engagements, feasibility of a particular type of engagement, and other insights that may influence the decision to pursue the opportunity.
  • Work closely with the client teams and sales leadership to drive the agreed strategy within the territory.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss services opportunities, business updates, and progress to goals.
  • Work closely with the client managers to establish and develop strong business relationships with assigned clients.
  • Actively participate in customer‑facing and partner meetings to uncover potential services opportunities and pursuit of the identified business.
  • Use a consultative approach to solving clients' business issues, with the goal of delivering business outcomes through WWT's services.
  • Support client managers with building pipeline of services opportunities that align to our strategic go‑to‑market.
  • Develop and present preliminary proposals as part of the scoping and services sales process.
  • Work with any internal departments as needed to create services engagements that are set up for success, including Delivery teams, Project Management, Partner Management, Strategic Resourcing, Management Consulting, Cyber Security, Legal & Compliance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Development, Global Services Operations (GSO), Finance, etc.
  • Evaluate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment to customer outcomes/goals in accordance with WWT standards.
  • Upon award of an engagement, work with the delivery team(s) to ensure that the engagement is transitioned smoothly from the sales phase and into the service delivery phase.
  • Specifically, actively participate in internal project/program kickoffs with delivery team members to explain scope, budget, and preliminary resourcing approach if applicable.
  • Actively participate in customer‑facing project/program kickoffs managed by PMs to explain and clarify the agreed upon objective, scope, and deliverables for the engagement.
  • Understand structure of service delivery organizations and incorporate lessons learned into future engagements.
  • Identify staffing opportunities and engage WWT Strategic Resourcing team members to pursue such opportunities.
  • Actively participate in project/program closeout process to confirm client satisfaction with the completed engagement, to gather lessons learned and areas for improvement for future engagements, and to identify additional opportunities.
Qualifications
  • BS, BA, or master's degree.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience defining and delivering large scale consulting services engagements.
  • Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project/program scenarios with clients, partners, and WWT stakeholders.
  • Competency in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationships, technology solution expertise, and strategic insight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel is on a consistent basis, anticipated at 25%-50% depending on assigned accounts/regions, primarily within the United States.
Salary Range

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
