Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Pay: £12.50 - £14.40 per hour

Contract Details: Temp To Perm

Responsibilities
  • 🌟 Manage key client accounts to ensure smooth operations and meet Service Level Agreements.
  • 📞 Respond to client queries via email and telephone with professionalism and promptness.
  • 📈 Keep clients updated on contract performance and job statuses.
  • 📝 Generate quotes and follow up for approvals.
  • 🤝 Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to maintain and grow account revenue.
  • 📊 Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings.
  • 📦 Oversee the mobilisation of new client accounts and manage administration tasks as needed.
  • 📅 Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong communication between all stakeholders.
  • 📧 Handle urgent client email correspondence on a rotational basis after full training.
