A leading logistics provider is seeking a Client Services Executive in Aylesbury. You will act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations across the supply chain. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service or account management background, with excellent interpersonal skills. We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to act as the key liaison between DP World and our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient account management across all areas of the supply chain. You will represent the client onsite, manage expectations, and maintain cost and efficiency levels while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Our successful candidate will ideally be someone who has previous Account manager/Client support experience within logistics or supply chain.
Location: Bicester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
