About the Role

DP World Logistics provides tailored logistics solutions for the automotive, supplier, and consumer goods industries. We support our clients from planning through to implementation, ensuring reliable process chains and delivering individual solutions that meet their needs.

We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to act as the key liaison between DP World and our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient account management across all areas of the supply chain. You will represent the client onsite, manage expectations, and maintain cost and efficiency levels while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Our successful candidate will ideally be someone who has previous Account manager/Client support experience within logistics or supply chain.

Location: Bicester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

How You Will Contribute
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their representative onsite.
  • Handle client requests in line with SLAs, liaising with internal departments and managing expectations.
  • Maintain and update the Client Services database.
  • Process and manage orders within the GDS system, including EDI releasing when required.
  • Coordinate special packaging requirements and ensure timely stock readiness.
  • Obtain forecasts for new releases and campaigns, managing call-off processes with Planning & Operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage early deliveries and Irish orders.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports and collate management information for forecasting.
  • Manage client requests for scrapping, returns, and return-to-vendor services.
  • Attend and facilitate internal and client meetings and conference calls.
  • Support other areas of the Commercial Services team for a linked‑up approach.
  • Provide holiday cover for team members and support Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) clients.
  • Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage change effectively.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong background in customer service or account management, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; technical aptitude for GDS system (training provided).
