Job summary

Job description

A valuable opportunity to join a respected global trust and fiduciary group in a senior client-facing position. Working closely with the Client Services Director, you'll manage a portfolio of complex international structures and help drive the delivery of exceptional service across a growing team.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering a portfolio of international trusts and companies.
  • Leading on high-value mandates and ensuring service excellence across client relationships.
  • Acting as a mentor to junior team members and supporting their ongoing development.
  • Liaising regularly with clients, beneficiaries, and advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Overseeing risk and compliance matters relating to non-routine transactions.
  • Supporting the development of new business through existing client networks.
  • Deputising for senior management as required and attending client meetings locally and abroad.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid fiduciary background and hold a relevant qualification such as STEP or CGI (ICSA). A deep understanding of trust and company administration, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in coaching others are essential. The ability to identify commercial opportunities, manage complex cases, and demonstrate a solutions-driven approach will be key to success in this role.
