Job Description
  • Manage client accounts across website development and digital marketing projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
  • Draft proposals, quotations, and manage project scopes
  • Ensure proactive service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track KPIs, contribute to management information, and support business efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time

The successful applicant will be an experienced, client-focused Account Manager who thrives managing multiple digital marketing and web development projects. They will be proactive, organised, and able to build strong relationships, grow client budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
