Role: Client Service Team Leader

The Company and Role:

Our client is a leading IP firm in the UK who are in search for a Client Service Team Leader to join their team in Cambridge.

The main purpose of the role is to oversee the work of client service teams, providing instructions and guidance as necessary to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently with a high level of client service.

The successful candidate will have

• High level of attention to detail, great organisation skills, pro-activeness and teamwork
• Experience in a team leader position (Desirable)
• Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
• CIPA IP Administrator certification desirable but not essential
• At least 3 years’ experience working in an IP related role
• Good knowledge of Inprotech & CPA Direct
