Responsibilities

As a Client Service Manager, you will manage a portfolio of service agreements, be responsible for the profitability of these agreements, and ensure financial performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions.

  • Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving toward financial targets and outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
  • Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities
  • Develop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals, leveraging the company’s service and product portfolio
  • Develop service delivery plans with the customer to define the scope of work for service agreements
  • Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations
  • Participate in developing a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that support service agreement renewals
  • Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • On-the-job experience working within the Building Technology industry
  • Engineering Fire Alarm Systems or Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Project management experience within the Building Technology industry, preferably involving engineering, installation, or coordination of Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive client relationships
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience in the building technology industry

Pay and Equal Opportunity

The pay range for this position is $55,264 – $94,738 annually with a target incentive of 5% of base salary. The actual offer may be higher or lower based on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and location.
