Job summary

Rothstein Recruitment is seeking a Client Service Executive for a Private Bank & Wealth Manager to deliver a high-touch banking experience to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.

You will act as the first point of contact in the Relationship Manager's absence, prepare meeting materials, support portfolios and transactions, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• CISI certification or Equivalent.
• Bank apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in finance or banking.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for clients in the absence of the Relationship Manager.
• Prepare documentation and briefing packs for client meetings.
• Support Relationship Managers with client portfolios, orders, trades, payments.
• Monitor maturity lists and take standard actions autonomously.
• Handle account opening, closing and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Trading, Operations, Investment Services, Compliance, and Front Risk Management.
• Monitor and manage system alerts and operational tasks, escalating investment-related matters when required.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers to plan and coordinate business travel, document preparation, and other logistical needs.
• Support onboarding process through timely collection of KYC and AML documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and external audit standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients in the absence of the Relationship Manager, ensuring requests and queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Prepare documentation and briefing packs for client meetings and follow up on post-meeting actions.
• Support Relationship Managers with managing client portfolios, orders, trades, payments, and other transactional needs.
• Monitor maturity lists (deposits, loans, trades), take standard actions autonomously, and elevate when client input is required.
• Handle account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures in line with compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Treasury, Trading, Operations, Investment Services, Compliance, and Front Risk Management to ensure smooth execution of client needs.
• Monitor and manage system alerts and operational tasks directly, escalating investment-related matters where required.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers to plan and coordinate business travel, document preparation, and other logistical needs.

Key Requirements:
