You will support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day‑to‑day servicing of clients, handle general enquiries, process transactions, manage accounts, and provide all‑round operational support across booking centres.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of client meeting documentation, including new pitches, presentations, and bespoke reporting.
- Contribute to the growth of the business in cooperation with RMs in prospect and pipeline management.
- Manage the start‑to‑finish process of opening accounts, ensuring that correct documentation is obtained from clients and RMs in line with KYC requirements.
- Work closely with RMs to provide and maintain periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies.
- Process and follow up to completion of all client payment instructions.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive approach.
- Eager to improve processes, with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree level education or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience.
- Possess relevant industry experience in client services or private banking support within private client wealth management.
- Be proficient in Excel.
