Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while addressing account inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-up communications to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Process new account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, RMDs, address updates, and other account maintenance activities with accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and support compliance efforts by adhering to firm, FINRA, and SEC regulations while safeguarding confidential client information.
  • Collaborate with custodians, fund companies, and financial institutions to process transactions, resolve account issues, and monitor account accuracy.
  • Support overall office operations and client engagement initiatives through document preparation, mail management, event coordination, educational seminars, newsletters, social media updates, and administrative support.

Job Overview

Requirements
  • In-Office role M-F
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.
Preferences
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting or finance.
Pay Range

$23.52-$39.17/hour
