St. James’s Place Practice in Cheltenham is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support a busy client base in a growing practice. You will act as a main point of contact for clients, manage cases from start to finish, and coordinate with advisers and third parties to keep processes moving.

The role focuses on client administration, reviews, and maintaining accurate records while supporting a close-knit team in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous St. James’s Place experience is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing a professional and responsive service.
• Managing client cases and supporting applications from start to finish.
• Liaising with providers and third parties to keep things moving.
• Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.
• Supporting Advisers with client administration, meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Coordinate client reviews and ensure actions are followed through.
• Assist Head of Client Relations to improve processes and procedures.
• Support the wider office with day-to-day administration as required.
