Our client, an international IT / Telecoms company, is currently recruiting a diligent, resourceful and professional Client Relationship Manager – NHS Division, to provide support to front line clinical and administrative staff, in the roll out, management and use of the company software.

Reporting to the Service Support Manager, duties will include :

Provide training, support, and advice on use of company and associated audio-visual hardware to enable staff to engage with video consultation platforms.

  • Development of new clinical workflows and procedures in line with video enabled care.

Creation of case studies / use case and communication materials including reports, submissions, agendas, and minutes.

Liaising with key stakeholders including clinicians, HSCP, Nursing and Midwifery.

Fostering collaboration by identifying and understanding stakeholders’ underlying needs.

Provide a high quality and efficient client service through the effective deployment and support of the Attend Anywhere platform.

Management of project activities including planning.

Support the maintenance of the project management toolkits and templates.

Coordinate and schedule project meetings and activities.

Act as a liaison between all key stakeholders in relation to Attend Anywhere user set up, user support, training.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Monitoring project schedules and preparation of progress reports
