Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions and records comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, service delivery, and performance metrics.
