Job description
The Role

This is a relationship-driven role at the heart of TBBT's supply chain. It is less about logistics and more about Strategic Account Management. As Client Relationship Manager you will take ownership of key partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers and retailers, ensuring they feel valued, engaged, and confident in the social impact of working with TBBT.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary contact for manufacturers and food retailers post-sign-up
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers
  • Respond quickly to incoming food offers (often perishable and time-sensitive)
  • Communicate TBBT's social impact clearly and persuasively
  • Organise supplier tours and engagement opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers for smooth collections / deliveries
  • Produce quarterly impact reports and share data-driven insights with partners
  • Represent TBBT externally in meetings and sector communications
