About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a personalised and exceptional experience. Working closely with Financial Planners and the wider team, you will help implement financial plans, maintain compliance, and resolve client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Meeting Preparation: Ensure client planning meetings are thoroughly prepared and personalised; attend when required.
  • Financial Plan Support: Collaborate with Planners to develop and implement cash flow forecasts and financial strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Keep all client records accurate and compliant with FCA regulations.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a trusted problem‑solver for client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT literacy, including Prestwood, Transact, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
  • Pension: 5% employer match (rising to 7% after 3 years; review in early 2026).
