Client Relationship Manager

Are you passionate about driving growth, cultivating Broker relationships, and making a meaningful impact At MSL, we re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will play a key role in delivering our sales and distribution strategy while championing ethical selling and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain strong Broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
  • Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Embed Consumer Duty principles into Broker and Partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
  • Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
  • Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring Broker performance and ensuring accountability.
  • Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
