What You'll Do
- Build and sustain strong Broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
- Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
- Embed Consumer Duty principles into Broker and Partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
- Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
- Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring Broker performance and ensuring accountability.
- Play a key role in evolving operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
