Client Relationship Manager

A global law firm is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. In this role you’ll help drive the firm’s global client and sector strategy by partnering closely with relationship partners, deepening key client relationships, and identifying high‑value opportunities across the Healthcare and Life Sciences market.

You’ll work across practices and offices to coordinate account activity, strengthen client engagement, and deliver a standout client experience supported by data‑led insights and best‑in‑class CRM practices. You’ll also play a central role in pitches, client planning, market analysis, and the rollout and adoption of Salesforce.

The firm is looking for someone with experience in client development within professional services, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, a keen interest in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, and confidence working with data and CRM tools.
