A leading insurance company is looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Executive in London. The role involves supporting client teams, managing partnerships, and preparing oversight reports. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Executive to join our Distribution team working within our insurance client channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about client engagement and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting client‑facing teams and possess strong communication and organisational skills. They’ll be confident working independently and may currently be in an Operations Client Onboarding or Implementation role ready to step into a more client‑facing position. Reporting to a Client Relationship Director the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our internal client Aviva collaborating closely with teams across Distribution and building strong relationships throughout Aviva Investors and the wider Aviva group. This role will support the Insurance client relationship team in managing our partnership with Aviva while coordinating activity and providing support across our Insurance Wealth and Institutional channels globally.
Responsibilities include leading the preparation of monthly service oversight reports, producing passive breach and risk event reports, managing AML and KYC requests, performing cash reconciliations and assisting with meetings, events and special projects. The role also involves supporting new team member onboarding, managing procurement processes and contract renewals, coordinating occasional travel and expenses and providing ad‑hoc assistance to Executive Assistants as needed.
