Our client is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join their high-performing, people-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to represent one of the UK’s leading digital and tech apprenticeship providers, supporting organisations across a wide range of industries as they develop talent for the future. Our client is offering a salary up to £33,000 with a fantastic bonus scheme. Hybrid working available from the start.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting their industry-leading apprenticeship programmes in IT and digital. You’ll help businesses to upskill their existing workforce or bring in new talent through high-quality, career-starting pathways. Alongside apprenticeships, you’ll also introduce clients to a suite of impactful development solutions, including access to their digital learning platform and further progression routes such as graduate apprenticeships delivered in partnership with UWS.

A day in the life of a Client Relationship Manager :
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and partners, while maintaining and growing an existing client portfolio.
  • Facilitate engaging client meetings to discuss relevant solutions and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals and deliver tailored, high-quality presentations aligned to client requirements.
  • Input, analyse, and interpret sales information to strategically manage and prioritise your pipeline, consistently achieving-and aiming to exceed-sales targets.
