A well-established retail solutions company is seeking a dynamic Client Relations Executive to foster customer relationships and drive growth. This role involves becoming a trusted partner to key clients in the retail and food supply sectors, understanding their needs, and optimizing service delivery. Ideal candidates will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and benefits including a profit share bonus scheme.

We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a dynamic, customer-focused Client Relations Executive (Key Account Manager) to join their expanding sales team.
This is not a typical account management role - it is an opportunity to become a trusted strategic partner to some of the most recognisable names in retail.
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients within the retail and food supply sectors. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, gaining a deep understanding of each client's business, and identifying new opportunities to maximise value and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will move beyond reactive account handling, taking a proactive approach to uncover how the company's innovative solutions can help clients improve efficiency, reduce costs and boost performance.
