About the Company

Opus People Solutions are a leading Managed Service Provision, delivering a people led approach to recruitment, priding ourselves on, innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding on our specialist recruitment services and are looking to expand our team in the East of England.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available as a Recruitment Operations Manager within our East Anglia Region. In this role the successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of the Opus model to its MSP clients, ensuring that contract deliverables are met, driving our direct source model, with innovative ideas to develop this strategy, along with proactively driving cost savings across the multiple accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clients within our Suffolk & Essex Locations within Blue & White Collar Industries
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Drive the direct source model with innovative ideas.
  • Proactively drive cost savings across multiple accounts.
  • Travel between client sites as required.
  • Deliver complex information clearly and consistently.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years recruitment experience in-house/account managing or agency recruitment role.
Required Skills
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment & people.
  • Excellent leadership & team management skills, driven by process improvement.
  • Work effectively & independently under pressure prioritising a varied workload depending on business requirements and needs.
  • To be in our Ipswich Office 2/3 days per week and able to travel when required between client sites.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, with Ipswich being a commutable distance.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in managing recruitment strategies, including workforce planning and service delivery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
