Job summary

Saltus in Farnham is seeking a high-calibre planning support administrator to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, onboarding new clients and supporting advisers with CRM systems.

You will be based in Farnham with hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, 37.5 hours per week. Salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum, plus 25 days’ holiday, life assurance, income protection and a pension.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with investment products ISAs, GIAs, Pensions, Bonds.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent level of service with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
• Onboard new clients and service existing clients.
• Build effective relationships with customers, advisers and paraplanners in your POD.
• Contribute to team morale and energy; be a great team player.
• Communicate to clients effectively via telephone, email, etc.
• Be involved in projects within the business as needed.
