Overview

Senior Client Onboarding Leader - Birmingham or Liverpool (Reporting directly to c-suite)

• Own, define and create the end-to-end client onboarding strategy ensuring a 1st class and high quality client service and experience
• Ability to drive change management and lead on transformation opportunities to drive efficiency without sacrificing quality

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who is keen to effect change in order to ensure that the client onboarding process and strategy is best in class
• Strong experience in leading the end-to-end client onboarding function at a large matrix organisation
• Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not required
• A strategic and commercial thinker with excellent stakeholder management; both internally (Exec team, Heads of Business, General Counsel amongst others) and externally
• Able to manage a large team of specialists
• Experience in project and programme management

Note: The onboarding process covers all aspects of AML / KYC and it is essential for the role holder to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
