Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking a Client Onboarding Executive in London. Based in the City, you will assist with onboarding clients investing in retail funds and liaise with internal teams and third parties to ensure onboarding is efficient while following AML procedures.

You will conduct AML/KYC checks, complete risk assessments, maintain CRM records, and respond to client inquiries by email and phone with a high standard of accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of AML procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process new client applications and onboarding.
• Undertake AML and KYC checks per policy and legal requirements.
• Complete risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases.
• Request additional information via email when needed.
• Handle inbound enquiries by email and phone with high quality and timely responses.
• Audit processed applications to maintain data quality.
• Update CRM and log fund movements and applications.
• Produce adviser fee schedules and commission statements.

Client Onboarding Executive £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Perm | Jan start

Based in the City, a fantastic new floor in an iconic London building.

The role of the Client Onboarding Executive will be to assist with the onboarding of clients looking to invest into my client's retail funds. They will be required to liaise closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently, whilst following AML and acceptance procedures.

What you'll do:

• Processing new client applications;
• Undertaking AML and KYC checks in line with the company’s policy and legal requirements;
• Completing risk assessments on new clients and following escalation procedures for high risk clients;
• Where necessary, requesting additional information regarding client applications via email;
• Handling incoming enquiries regarding client applications via email and telephone, to a high quality in line with target response times.
• Completing audits on processed applications to ensure we maintain a high quality of data;
• Producing and sending acknowledgement letters and cancellation notices to successful applicants;
• Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system;
• Producing adviser fee payment schedules;
• Producing and sending adviser commission statements;
• Producing and sending investment documents;
• Quality checking documents and letters to maintain a high level of accuracy and avoid human error;
• Updating their internal records with fund movements and logging new applications;
• Reporting daily fundraising figures to the wider business.
